We had the privilege of having Tyler and Harry (from the SAFEST Team) attend our Property recently and perform their Safety Checks" that are now a pre-requisite of owning an Investment Property. This included checking/testing of all Gas Appliances as well as the Electrical Oven etc in the kitchen area. Both these young men were extremely polite

I had both gas and electricity checked for rental compliance at my unit by Safest. The two young men sent arrived on time and checked everything thoroughly, explaining their findings - one of which was an unknown gas leak. I don't want to imagine what could have happened had it not been found. Both of the Safest staff members sent were utterly professional, courteous and very respectful. I would happily recommend this company for all your compliance needs.

Today I had Ben the electrician and Jackson the gas plumber out to do a couple of compliance updates, must say that they were both very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company for all of your testing and repairs/updates.

I had Tyler who was a plumber come by my place. He acted like the upmost professional. He explained the work he was doing and why he was doing it and then shook my hand on the way out.I appreciated the full transparency. I knew what he was doing and what we were paying for. 5 star service

Safest attended my home where I rent today on behalf of the landlord/real estate agent. I was at work so they had access to my flat unattended. Come home later at night to find things moved around and not put back (couch & TV to get access to gas heater), all the lights were left on all day, rubbish left lying around (matches). Overall not a good look, although I'm sure the actual testing was by the book. Please respect peoples homes!

We had 2 members from Safest come out today to do checks on our rental property for the electricity and gas. They were so professional and lovely and didn’t mind my son and dog hanging around watching them work. Can definitely recommend the team that came out today. 5 stars

Safest was professional and courteous in their approach to our safety check.Ample notification was given, and dealing with their logistics team was a smooth experience.However , where they truly excelled was in the consideration and kindness of their on-site staff , who went above and beyond in order to help us through a tough situation. With our heater not working, they found us a work -around to ensure we stayed warm and comfortable. Which we appreciated a lot.Thanks to Tyler and the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
