Smart Move Removals & Storage were outstanding!At Agilyx Group we moved from Pyrmont to North Sydney, and the team was highly professional, helpful, responsive, and efficient.The moving team on the day were well presented, had clean maintained trucks, and were uniformed. All of the the team members were professional, courteous, and hard working.During our move it was clear very quickly that I had underestimated the size of our move, and the team were able to pull more people and trucks to our move on the day to make it work.Smart Move also made sure in advance that they had the office building loading docks, truck height clearance information, and lift keys, and made arrangements for the lower clearance in the building loading dock.We also had some high-value Aboriginal artwork that needed to be moved, and it was a relief to me that they had the experience and capability to properly package, secure, crate, and take great care of it.Dealing with one company for the move out, move in, and storage in between, made managing the move so much easier.I had to organise this move from a remote office and I couldn't have done it without the support and guidance from Smart Move. Every question I had was answered promptly, our need more packaging material was promptly met, and they asked the questions that I didn't know needed to be thought about.We will definately use Smart Move again, and I highly recommend them.

We moved recently with Smart Move Removals and Storage from Sydney to the Central Coast. Smart Move Removals was extremely professional. The team of guys that came to pack the trucks were very polite, easy to work with and packed our goods with great care and no fuss. We had two access points to the two stories of our house. They packed the trucks accordingly and made it a smooth unpack at the other end. We would recommend their services without hesitation.

The 2 gentleman who moved us recently from Smart Move, were just amazing. So professional and caring of our items and moving them like they were their own. I cannot speak more highly of them both and the Company they represent.

Wow that was a seamless experience that genuinely exceeded our expectations! Moving our family of 5 with a lot of ‘boys toys’, from the big smoke to Byron hinterland was daunting, but the SmartMove team were beyond professional and helpful in every aspect, right from the first phone call.Fragile items were taken good care of and the trucks had no issue getting up our kilometre long dirt driveway. We are an Environmental Consulting company based in North Sydney and needed to temporarily remove an extra large boardroom table and 20 chairs and place into storage. We did get the items moved into Smart Move Brookvale Depot. Smart move team have been amazing from the initial enquiry about logistics of the move and did handle everything very professionally with excellent communication. The staff on the day arrived on time and were polite and efficient moving all items into the truck. We had the same experience when the furniture was returned back into the office 1 week later. No damaged items. We will definitely use Smart Move again for furniture removals / storage and will recommend them. Thank you!

Dom and the team at Smart Move are amazing! We have moved 5 times in the last 5 years and we have used their services every time.Fast, efficient, friendly and punctual. Not to mention innovative! When our 4 seater couch wouldn't fit in our lift or stairwell, it was no problem for Dom and the team. With 4 men, a few ropes and some brut strength, they had our couch up and over the 4TH FLOOR balcony in less than 2 mins. It was impressive to say the least! We will always use Smart Move for all our moving needs :) Thanks Dom and team.

I used Smartmove to move my belongings from Barangaroo in Sydney to Braddon in Canberra. I had the good fortune of happening upon (Google search) this company for a previous move from York Street in Sydney to Barangaroo and was delighted to find that they delivered to Canberra as I was extremely happy with my first experience.The customer service is impeccable. The movers were friendly, polite, unfazed and extremely flexible and understanding. They were efficient and very strong, able to carry/trolley many boxes and heavy furniture down a very long service corridor to the loading dock in one walk, and equally cool at the delivery end which was, again, quite tricky. The movers disassembled our bed and put it together perfectly in our new residence - another great service.Smartmove has a clear brand identity. The movers wear uniforms and look smart and clean. The trucks are clearly branded and clean. The movers’ skills are amazing. How they fitted all my furniture and things on the truck baffles me.Another plus is that Smartmove will deliver boxes for any pre-packing and will organise a team of women packers to pack for you. It is a great service.I highly recommend this moving company. I will be going to them for my next move. I understand that they are opening an office in Canberra and that they do moves to Melbourne.I would give more stars if I could; Smartmove made a potential nightmare (I have had some bad experiences in the past) into a relatively easy, seamless move. The two young men - Matt & Victor who moved us were fantastic - very cheerful, polite, careful and so willing to help. Dom in the office was the same. We will definitely recommend Smart Move. 10 out of 10!
