DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.Very rude girl on the phone who told me that I could not order on a Friday for a Saturday or Monday pickup. Evidently cut off for multiple loaf orders are Thursday. When I asked if they would let me purchase 6 loaves of sourdough bread on the shelf for collection in an hour and pay over the phone now the girl then said I had to pay for them. She clearly was not listening. When I stated that I had already said that I would pay she accused me of being rude. Then the eftpos machine wouldn’t work and they would not set the the loaves aside for me and let me pay when collecting in one hour. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

RUDE WAS AN UNSTATEMEMT!!!!!Short haired grumpy lady needs to find a new career path...Went in this morning her work mate muddled up the till & the short haired grump complete rudeness lied to our faces when trying to complete the transaction.Pie yeh well not got much to say about that should have read reviews first.....Do not recommend wish we had of just walked out & left the food behindLady get out of the right side of the bed surely lifes not that bad!

I had heard good reviews, but unfortunately, it didn't seem like the place I had read about, pies we had we were very disappointed in it, sorry would not go back

What we liked: the lamb and chicken pies were both super tasty and a nice size. The New Yorker slice was also delicious and a naughty little treatWhat we didn’t like: if you want a good sausage roll, this is not the place. HorribleFeedback: we asked about the award winning pies as we were keen to try them and the staff had no idea, couldn’t even make recommendations. Would be good to have a clear “oh it’s this one you have to try it”

Fairly dodgy! Got served two pies from the back tray. Were not cooked, Luke warm and was barely any meat. Over priced. Worst pies. Would not rate or recommend.

Good but pricey coffee. Pies however were beyond average for their price. Both were undercooked and soggy. Satay chicken should just be called satay as there was no actual chicken...

How does a bakery burn their products so often? This time it was a house cake but quite often it will be their loaves or rolls which are displayed on the back wall. I’ve had ‘fresh’ salad rolls out of the fridge with slimy lettuce. Silly me keeps going back. About the only thing going for them is being in a central location in the Main Street and it’s the only place open after noon on the weekends.

Only went there because of the sign in the window. Wished I hadn't. Not a good pie at all. Almost no filling and the pastry was tough and hard, like it was one left over from yesterday. I paid six bucks for the privilege. In summary I get the strong sense they don't care about what they do.

Best bakery around. My family always makes a point of stopping here. I highly recommend the sausage rolls, fresh vanilla slice and the jam donuts!!! Soooo good!!!
