After cancelling on me prior to actually attending my property, John came to my house to tell me my dishwasher was broken, which I already knew obviously, he told me he would get back to me with a price on my part and charged me a call out fee which he said i would not need to pay again when he came back. After chasing him up twice with pretty much no response I gave up and brought a new dishwasher. $150 lost. It would be my recommendation to not bother using John for any appliance repairs as the service in all occasions with him was terrible. And ended up costing me money for nothing. Also, we did not buy another westinghouse so we do not have to deal with him again.
