I’ve left 1 start so I could leave a review. I’ve waited over 14 months and enough is enough.This business has $4,500 deposit of my mothers money for 14 months and still hasn’t placed my father’s headstone.Every phone call for months was the excuse of weather, then every excuse since then has been as poor as their concreter needing eye surgery to now they are still waiting on a steel frame, a steel frame? Why wasn’t that ordered when money was handed over?I called council at the start of the year due to nothing being done and Cessnock Council said Partridge bros hadn’t even applied for my dad’s headstone to go down!! They have $4,500 of ours and hadn’t even applied!! It’s like we’ve been robbed of our money & it’s sitting in their account gaining interest.Theres too many excuses to write but if anyone would like further info feel free to contact me.Look around before handing money over to incompetent business who lack basic empathy and compassion.I will come back & post dates of when money was handed over and when my fathers headstone is finally placed.Edited to add it’s been 14 months and the reason my mother handed over a deposit was so Tony could get things started.
