Once again I've had to come into Nambour Centrelink for assistance as my usual methods of reporting online have become unavailable to me. I'm and once again appalled by the lack of service and staff at your office. With 12 people waiting 7staff on the floor only 1 staff member has anyone with them. Having worked in customer service for 15 years I can't understand why I am sat watching staff do they're own thing and having personal conversations instead of tending to patiently waiting customers. It is absolutely unacceptable and appalling. With what I've counted as 26 desks minimum and 7 staff it's really not good enough. I've now been in here half an hour and only 1 person has been seen since I've been here. Why on earth there are thousands of dollars worth of equipment not being utilised to tend to the number of people waiting is beyond me. Disgraceful!!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this office on and off for the last 20 odd years. if you go there, or go anywhere for that matter and expect instant service while having a negative attitude, you should think, people will not want to help you. I know I wouldn't. Otherwise, be patient, there are a lot of people who need and get their help, all in due course. Be happy.

Would be nice if they can answer the phone. 45 minutes on hold. Hit 5pm and they just go home and not care still on hold for an hour after waiting to see if someone stayed behind but no. Useless.

I've never been to centrelink or had a payment in my life from them, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I walked in and got greeted straight away, I sat down for 10 minutes before a lovely lady, Kerry, called me up and she was so helpful! Best service I've ever had, she walked me through everything. Thank you Kerry and team and nambour centrelink!!

Never had a problem with going into a centerlink anywhere all over Australia, until this one, the amount of disrespect from one of the female receptionists is disgusting, everyone else’s seemed complete nice and professional but this lady was a very Malicious B, she obviously doesn’t like her job or her life and it tells just from speaking to her I was nothing but nice and considerate but it continued I have no clue how she has her job there and I hope no one else has to be put through her ignorance I will not be ever going to Nambour centerlink again until someone reviews her treatment to customs and realises that she is unfit for that job 100% Nambour is not a bad place it’s just the people like this that give it a bad name.

We had very good service at the Nambour Centrlink office today for a scheduled appointment. We were given a friendly greeting on entry and the staff member who helped us, a lovely lady named Melanie was very polite, caring and helpful.

Just need to change an address to get a new Medicare card..Waiting an hour...Still waiting...The level of inefficiency is staggering...Mind bogglingly inept, disgusting service..The end of civilisation is upon us...After voicing our outrage in a civil and Intelligent manner the staff promptly provided immediate service. At this stage they were polite and friendly.Have changed from earlier rating of 1 Star to 3 stars as a result.Summary - waited 1 hour for a 5 minute process.Conclusion, discent pays.
