Called the day before our flight to arrange a transfer. When we arrived Peter was waiting for us at the gate and the transfer from start to finish was flawless.He sorted car seats for our kids, the driving was smooth and the shuttle spotless. He even kept up with my toddler's chatter for the entire drive.Highly recommended.

Pieter from Palm cove transfers was waiting for us at Cairns Airport despite our flight being considerably delayed. He was professional and drove beautifully. We also used the company for our return trip which was timely and efficient. The cars are clean, comfortable and luxurious.

With an unexpected lack of taxis in Palm Cove and a flight from Cairns to catch, we were a bit stranded in Palm Cove yesterday. Sincere thanks to Adam who had no drivers available but phoned around some of his contacts to find us a very nice car and got us to the airport on time. He was super helpful and the service was fantastic. Definitely way above what would be expected and we really appreciated his help. Would not hesitate to recommend
