Ordered 3 meals at 7.14pm.Missing portions from meal 1, completly missed 3rd meal and 1 missing chicken roll.Discussed with duty manager AJ...who Insisted I could BUY chips again to go with my meal...NO, my meal comes with chips.... and where is chicken roll, where is my kids tea? AJ actually suggested i could give kid my meal, and i go without, or I eat my meal and kid goes without.Disgusted with this offer by the brodies duty manager to suggest a child to go hungry.Full discussion on this being poor customer service and how Disgusted I am by his suggestion. Advised I will contact head office...at this point.AJ decided to remake our meals. Order arrived at 7.45.Went home.Counted my#2 meals chips = 15 chips. Cost $14.95 and 15 chips.Husbands meal #2 was now completly missing the chicken, so he ate chips and a pineapple ring....and the extra chicken roll.Good luck getting in touch with head office. There isn't one.

Service here is always great, the same lady serves us everytime and is very friendly. Always loved the chips here but last few times they haven't tasted like Brodie's chips.

Have sadly reduced the beef patty on a Brodie burger to something that's so thin you can see through it. Used to be a good burger.

Went through drive thru about 6.15pm heading to GC. Started eating our Chicken rolls when we got onto the motorway and both were stone cold. Like they had been defrosted or pulled out of a fridge. We called Sharmu or Shari the supervisor and he and asks me to turn around and bring the food back for a full replacement, which I said no we can't we need to be in here scale by 7pm. And he says to me.....oh bring it another day. We always get these complaints. We'll clearly you havnt learned anything.This place has become progressively worse over the past 6 to 12 months. In addition to the cold rolls they give me a spicey chicken burger instead of a tender burger.No solution offered except come back with the food another day and my boss will call you.... hopeless. Useless.

Literally was in The drive thru line for 20 mins with only two cars in front of us. Turned the engine off. Had to repeat our order three times at the window for them to get it right. Still got it wrong. Royally not happy Jan.
