We dealt with Igman today and we were really impressed with the level of service, attention, knowledge and idea-inspiration Igman gave us.The stock was modern and stylish, with lots of LED options for those who are energy conscious like us. Absolutely horrible customer service I have ever experience. I bought pendent light from shop day before yesterday, salesman did bit discount and I was surprised why he was so flexible. Next day electrician was called to install then realised there was no certified sticker on anywhere in pendent light. electrician refused to install without certify sticker and said that if something happen they will be liable and every single electrical products must have certified sticker. Then next day I took same shop to exchange or refund exact same way it was packed.As soon as I told him what happen, he denied any responsibility, he was so rude and argued that he can’t exchange or refused once it sold. I was so honest and flexible to him to exchange same product in proper seal pack box with certified one but salesman blamed the electrician and me said that “you may took sticker out” “your electrician didn’t want to install that or you changed your mind”...etc. I asked him kindly on one will install without certified their lincence will be risk so please atleast exchange the product but he was loud and said that he only can give half money I paid, won’t exchange or fully refund.As far as I know no any shop treated customers like that especially if something wrong on their products. I was really disappointed and sad knowing that how business can be that much horrible and mean for money.I get stress if I argue with someone and talk loudly also I don’t want to go to police for $700. Now I cannot use that light for my newly build house. the way salesman treated me was so wrong.So I would like to kindly request you all please pay little bit more money but shop with genuine Aussie one who value customers and respect them. Not like him.

We are very dissatisfied with the work of this company. After the electrician's inspections, a number of mistakes during the installation were found, which could have led to terrible consequences. I suggest everyone to choose professionals instead of these amateurs.

Excellent service, fast delivery, store is very well equipped and people who work there helped me to choose lights and what I really liked is they have different products then other stores and they helped me and my wife to choose awesome Chandolier for our house.People with vision and what is I think really important,they listen they customer. Andnot that they will sell c..p to you like some other stores.I usually dont write review, but I felt it's right to do it,because these guys definitely deserved it.IC you again ☺

Bought a Manhattan ceiling fan from the lovely Ana and I cannot recommend these guys more! The products displayed through the store are spectacular, Ana was very kind and showed me through all of the features of a variety of fans and helped me picking out the Manhattan which is absolutely spectacular and well priced. Don't look elsewhere for lighting or finishings!

We've bought our house lights here. The customer service was exceptionally good and professional. The showroom was very well arranged and it was easy to pick our items. Friendly staff have provided us with excellent advice to make our home trendy!

We bought a fan from this store and after a few days it fell apart. The money was not returned to us and the owner refused to talk to us. Very unprofessional.
