5 Star Customer Service!We are so happy with the new carpets in our investment property. When we called to ask for a quote we received friendly, helpful and expert advice. After the carpet was laid, photos were sent to us of the final product. Communication was fantastic the whole time, which was so important to us as we live far away.We highly recommend Focus on Flooring Xtra Mackay and will also be using them for new blinds too!Thank you so very much Jo, Carol and Mark for the outstanding customer service and for our stylish new carpets, we couldn’t be happier!
