I first came across Alex at a bridal expo, we checked out his socials and immediately fell in love with his work. My friend was the first to book him for both photography and videography for her wedding. Since then he has been a part of almost every wedding within our friendship circle. Each time we see Alex at a wedding it’s like bumping into an old friend!On the day of my wedding Alex was organised, calm and reassuring. He even scouted sites for us to visit on the day. Neither my husband or I are big fans of being photographed but Alex was the best at giving direction without making us feel uncomfortable. He was by far our favourite vendor of the entire day and we absolutely love the work he did for us. It’s obvious that he puts his heart and sole into his work and our wedding videos are the absolute best!

Alex was our photographer for our wedding and he was utterly perfect!!!! He made everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera and was the ultimate professional while also being friendly and flexible. I usually hate having my photo taken but I really enjoyed working with Alex and the final results were surreal. My husband and I look at his photos literally every day - on our phone backgrounds, laptop screen savers and posted around the house. The photos and wedding video are really the only things that last forever of the most magical day and I'm so glad we chose Alex and his videographer Sam. Every photo was incredible!

Alex is absolutely fantastic! Would highly recommend, especially for anyone who is usually uncomfortable having their photos taken. He is so laid back and easy to deal with making the day very comfortable and enjoyable. Our photos were stunning and better than I could ever imagine.

After being apart of the day and then seeing the album afterwards I knew that when the time came I wanted Huemen Media to shoot my own wedding!In the lead up, Alex was extremely friendly, professional and responsive. He took the time to meet and get to know us, scout potential locations for the best variety of backdrops/lighting and help us plan our timings to make sure we could fit everything in. We were lucky enough to have Alex from Huemen photograph our secret-elopement last year.Ours was a tricky one as it was a non-wedding wedding. Not only did we have to keep it a surprise, I also had a vision of multiple locations across Perth and somehow Alex managed to give us everything we wanted and so much more. He also talked us into having the ceremony in front of our family which we will be forever grateful for. I also hate photos, and somehow he made the whole experience so much fun.Alex is professional, attentive, experienced and just so calm.
