Tommy Hilfiger Indooroopilly

The service I received from Kai at Indooroopilly Tommy Hilfiger store was impeccable and his helpfulness was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend customers to this store.

i entered the shop on the 4/1/20, at around 1ish. the shop itself was wonderful. luxury, modern and nice. i wasn’t impressed by the service i received. there were two employees in there at the time. one of them was kind and funny, the other one though had NO IDEA what he was doing. he didn’t greet me when i walked in, he was aimlessly walking around the store and he didn’t remove the anti theft clothing tag from my shirt. but apart from that, the experience was great!

I’ve never written a negative review on any platform before and would normally only go out of my way to give positive feedback, however I experienced some of the worst customer service from the assistant manager on the 11/04 at around 1pm. She was rude, unhelpful, passive aggressive and had an awful attitude/disdain towards not just me but other customers as well. It was to the point where she was downright unfriendly to the people in the store and treated me like a hinderance for coming in and asking questions. I had a great experience at every other store I went into, so it made the appalling customer service in your store stand out even more. Beyond disappointed and will definitely be avoiding in future. I advise everyone else to do the same.

Non existent service. You could literally walk out of the store with 20 pieces of clothing without paying and the staff won’t notice.

The store was so clean and easy to navigate and I was helped by a lovely girl named Miranda, she was super knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable

Wow just plain rude. Went into this store today, no greeting at all or acknowledgement. Asked a staff member if they stocked are particular handbag. She proceeded to show me not what I was after. I replied with not that one (same name honey tote) but a leather version. She proceeded to argue and tell me if the long while she's worked for this company shes never seen one. As soon as I mentioned Myer and David Jones stock it, catching her in a lie, she then says oh that must be old season stock that get distributed to factory outlet and they still charge you at full price!". No love for the brand in her voice. Her attitude towards me and my partner made us feel very unwelcome

Went into the TH store Indro on Friday 30/08 and was met by the lovely Jessica and Thomas. They were so helpful I spent more than I should. Its a great vibrant and welcoming store well done. I'll definitely be back.

Tommy welcomed their brand new store into Indooroopilly on the last Thursday in June. The customer service was great, the girls in store were chatty, attentive and their store design and new winter styles are great. The VM manager took time to also speak with us and share some of their story which I thought I was nice. Beautiful new addition to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.

One of the worst customer service ever. We been to shop before their closing time.. but the staff were so rude and told us to leave the store and slammed the door.. I urge people to never ever go this store.. Probally one of poor customer service ever..
