Paid over 4k in two visits and they still didn't fix the issue with my car, which they scanned it to identify the fault on twice (charged for scanning it both times too, even though it was still not fixed after the first time). The mechanic/owner actually suggested to sell the car and let someone else deal with the issue because they couldn't fix it.The receptionist was found to be somewhat rude to boot.

Called up for some emergency work on my car. They where booked out for 2 weeks and still got my car in, serviced and the electrical issue fixed within a day. Highly recommend

James runs a well respected local business and is prepared to go the extra mile for his customers. Knowledgeable and friendly service in an easy to access location.

James and Danielle have been amazing to work with. Both were very friendly and welcoming when I had questions or problems and addressed them right away. Had broken a part the morning of a service and James had the part ordered in and fitted same day!! 6/5 stars!

Leaving this review as the mechanic blatantly lies. I took my partners car here and ended up with a 4k bill for a single low boost code on a Mazda bt-50. I witnessed the low boost code being read. The mechanic decided to replace the glow plugs and egr (which was already bi-passed). They did no diagnostic testing and did not listen to the warning lights (traction control and exclamation mark). After the first $2200 bill I drove the car home and exactly the same warning lights and symptoms happened - they hadn’t test drove the vehicle. I took it back in good faith and this time - they at least did a smoke test on it. I was told it was ready for pick up after another $1800 bill but was met by one of the mechanics who told me it wasn’t fixed and after test driving it (this time) - it went into limp mode, they even charged me for reading the same fault code!!! I took it to another mechanic in the area and described what happened. He said throwing parts at cars is dumb without doing a proper diagnostic and told me where to go to do this. Basically got ripped a new one for parts the car didn’t need. Honest review and can’t recommend this place at all. Up your game Transition Automotive.

James and his staff always do an excellent job. They are up front with their predictions, costs and timing, which they communicate very well. They have also been flexible with me on a couple of occasions when i have had an unplanned 'emergency'.

Big shoutout to james for sorting out my triton ute , was faulty fuel pump. Take both cars there now for servicing and any issues. Does rego checks on bikes too.

Thanks to the team at Transition for doing an urgent pink slip for my partners car yesterday when we rocked up without booking. After picking the car up we were informed that pink slip doesn't cost anything if you get your car serviced with them. Greatly appreciated
