If only no stars were an optionI was quoted to have a mower fix by this mob in 7-10 days. I rang on day 12 to only confirm them to get the part and get it fixed. Thought I'd get a phone call the next day because it's was a business day to have additional information about a new pick up time and work had started? but got nothing. Rang on the weekend with the store having 45min of open time left to be told by the answering machine to call back between business hours. Then called in the morning of the new week to ask about the repair. When I started airing my grievances the man on the phone got just as agitated as his customer. Both phone calls I made about my mower that when purchased was 1000 dollars (alot of money to most people) I was rudely dealt with. Admittedly my phone manner wasn't great either. But thought as a business they would try to make me fell better and have a bit more professionalism. When I was told on the phone it hadn't been done I said I will come and pick it up. One of the points I made on the phone the man agreed with me too(ring the customer with updates after the customer has rung you). Took the mower home and it started pretty rough. Two weeks after having it back home and the second time I go to use it IT DOESNT WORK. When I dropped it off the problem was not stopping. But know it doesn't go at all. This is 5 weeks of my life and 250 dollars I'll never see again.
