The staff went above and beyond to help us. The dekivery guys arrived on time as promised, and very speedily put our outdoor furniture together. It would have taken us hours. They removed all the rubbish. We could not be happier with the entire experience. Thanks everyone.

Purchased the Corfu setting online.Service was great.Received a call next day to advised was at the warehouse ready for delivery.Arranged the day for delivery. Boys arrived on time.To our wonderful surprise, they put it together for us.Love our new setting.Thoroughly recommend Outdoor Elegance.

Very friendly customer service from all staff members working today 29Nov20. Great range of products that all staff were very knowledgeable about. Even had items in stock and able to be delivered before Christmas!! Thanks again team.

Purchased an outdoor table and lounge set from the Bennetts Green store and was told everything was in stock and that I would receive a call the next day to organize delivery. Unfortunately that call never came. I had to follow up only to be told that the lounge set wasn't actually in stock. They did however offer to send a loan lounge. However, when this arrived all the bolts were missing. Really disappointing and dishonest about what is actually in stock. Certainly would not recommend them which is a shame because their products are actually good.

Thought we’d go and look for some outdoor chairs here rather than the other big name chain nearby. Glad we did! Simon welcomed us at the door and gave good advice but also left us time to think about options. Great service and price for a lovely product that doesn’t look just like everything else! Will be back for the table soon
