After visiting other tool stores I decided to pop into Toolmart. I was looking for an uncommon item which I could not find anywhere, all the stores just said sorry they can't help me. The awesome sales people at Toolmart Joondalup looked up where I can find it (which was at a store I didn't even know was there) and also got the phone number for me. Just a thank you from my side.

Total legends here at Toolmart. Professional, polite, very friendly and helpful. This is where their total dedication to 'quality' customer service shines through with each and every customer. We'll be back for more 'stuff' to fill up our man cave! And don't think for a second that I didn't notice, but I did --- thank you for the discount on that small bag! Huge store. Very helpful staff. Prices a bit high but good selection of products. 2nd visit the staff went over and above to assist us and solve our problem. Can't praise them highly enough.

Wanted to try somewhere other than Bunnings, glad I did. The shop is a bit wee but they do have hopes of moving to larger premises. They did not have the item I was looking for but sourced it from one of their branches and had it sent over. The team were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I've only been in once so far & it was right before closing time so I didn't have a chance to have a good look around, however it has a nice open-feeling layout where from almost any position you can see every corner of the store. Most of the aisle setups are just under head-high (kinda like an old-school DVD rental store) so nothing is out of reach & I never had that closed-in feeling like I get at the other hardware stores. They had a decent range too with many of the good quality tool brands displayed. The chap behind the counter was friendly & up for a quick chat despite me being that annoying customer who comes in looling for a specific item 10mins before close!
