LED lighting products (Primsal) are junk!Was talked into replacing trusted reliable lighting for LED in a commercial building. Just out of warranty and half the light fittings turn faulty and Auspro say bad luck! Now we will have to replace all their rubbish fittings at our own cost.Don't buy into the promises made, it'll cost you more than you think. When its free you'll end up paying twice!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Auspro replaced my hot water service at my business late last year. The system failed shortly after, I have made numerous calls to Auspro, speaking with the operators and more often with David since, and they are yet to have a technician come out to look at the problem. They keep promising to call me back, they never do, they promise to have the problem rectified, it never happens. My company has been without hot water since November 2022. Their service is non existent. I wouldn't recommend this company for anything.

EditI was contacted today after calling them and was advised they are located in point cook and have no installers in my area and not sure when. This is wrong the government obviously pays them for the service yet they can’t deliver the serviceWhat is worse zero communication at all unless I call themI contacted them in May 2022 regarding commercial LED upgrade free government subsidies they came out took photos got a copy of my electricity bill and still waiting for installation. Communication is very poor and to wait 9 months is absolutely disgusting. The government should look into them and take the contract off them for such poor serviceIf your after the free upgrade contact them at least a year prior maybe then you will get them in time

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. AFTER REPEATEDLY RINGING THESE GUYS FOR 3 MONTHS AND DAVID TELLING ME, HE IS GOING TO SEND SOMEONE TO FIX THE HOT WATER SYSTEM WHICH THEY INSTALLED LAST YEAR, NO ONE HAS ATTENDED THE SITE. IT IS HAZARD FOR OUR COMMERCIAL SITE BUT I GUESS THESE GUYS HAVE ALREADY MADE THEIR MONEY THROUGH GOVERNMENT REBATE AND NOW ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM( EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS 1 YEAR WARRANTY). GUESS WE SHOULD ALL MARCH TO THEIR CEO ( VARSH SHAH) HOUSE WHO LIVE IN POINT COOK SO THEY CAN TAKE SOME ACTION. I WILL BE CALLING OMBUDSMAN AS WELL AND WE SHOULD ALL DO THE SAME TO SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN.

They have proven to be a reliable, efficient, and professional company, and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Trustworthy company. The products are Fantastic. I had the replacement of hot water system at my business place. I am fully satisfied with the product. Installers were also humble and polite. I would like to go ahead with many products of Auspro group.
