This gym is a small family run business which tailors to the clients individual needs instead of being a number in one of the franchise gyms. Peters experience is second to none in nutrition and training, if your looking for a custom, tailored approach this is the place for you. Well done to Peter and the staff for doing an excellent job.

The saying of you get what you pay for does not apply to this gym. Well maintained, friendly and inviting. Awesome equipment. 24/7 hour access. Two awesome trainers, who are passionate and dedicated to the members (all members, not just the PT clients)! No lock in contracts! And it’s under $10 per week. So glad I found this place!!
