Fantastic experience! The dietitian was very knowledgable and thorough but most importantly she was empathetic and non judgmental which was exactly what I needed.

I had intense surgery on my ankle and I was going to be bed ridden for 3weeks and then unable to do exercise for 3months. I was scared about gaining weight and/or loosing weight. I used my allied health points to go and see Kaitlin. We spoke about what I usually eat and my routine. She explained to me all the amazing benefits of certain foods that I need for healing my scars, helping my recovery as well as foods not to have!!! She explained everything well and prepared me with weekly meals plans with a huge range of delicious recipes (breakfast/lunch dinner) each day was a new recipe. I still use the recipes now because they were so yummy and they were things that I wouldn’t have even thought of cooking before and now my whole family loves them. In addition to this she helped me clear my skin as I was stressed due to the surgery my pimples were extremely bad. She told me what foods I needed to stop eating and other foods to help.

I had been unsuccessfully dealing with arthritus in my left hip for the last two years. There have been multiple times where I have been absolutely debilitated and unable to get out of bed due to the pain. After going to multiple hip specialists, chiros, osteopaths attending multiple massage and acupuncture sessions and receiving five Ct guided cortisone shots and still being in pain I was willing to try anything to feel better. I was recommended to Kaitlin by a friend, seeing her has absolutely changed my life !!! Being a surfer I am now back to almost full mobility. Kaitlin prescribed me a meal plan and has given me foods to steer clear of (a lot of these foods made up the majority of my diet) I am extremely happy I was recommended to the essential health clinic in Merewether and cannot praise them enough …..
