Wonderful service in repairing our mattress. Communication was very good, would recommend highly.

Had one of their mattresses for 8 years into their 10 year warranty and need to file a minor claim due to minor sag. They took the mattress, lent us a new one in the meantime and then repaired ours free of charge with quick turnaround time.

We had a warranty claim which it was handle expertly , without fuss & exceeded our expectations. A.H.Beard a great company to work with.

Tim went above and beyond to help us with accessories we needed for my brother's bed.Tim was efficient and communicative.Give this man a wage rise!Amanda, the receptionist was also incredibly helpful to us and answered our many calls and questions with patience and light hearted humour.Both of these people are a credit to this company.

I think the star rating says it all. Twelve months ago I bought one of your mattresses which had a ten year warranty so I thought I was on a winner. Within twelve months this mattress had become lopsided with my body on a slope. After contacting the retail store they referred me to this company who immediately said comfort is not covered on the warranty. Now I am a woman with a disability but whether or not you have a disability you should get a product with a ten year warranty to last. Now this company after a lot of talk gave me the option of having my mattress refitted to a firmer fit. Now I had paid thirteen hundred dollars for this now very uncomfortable mattress and they had the gall to ask for $180 UPFRONT payment which begrudgingly I agreed to after a lot of thought. My body has suffered quite a lot and although the refit is still being tested by me the whole experience has been awful. Phone calls have not been returned during this time and I have been made to feel like it is my fault. A warranty is worth nothing it seems especially someone's comfort. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Nothing you can say will ever be enough in rep to this complaint.

I was looking for a replacement Bed controller for my mother bed and being a older model I couldn’t find one anywhere try so many bed places on and off line still no hope. Till I rang these guys. Email them the details and by Monday they had one and where mailing it out to me. Thank you so much Amanda and Tim my 84 year old mother is so grateful

We thought firm was what we needed at place of purchase. Quickly realised it was not the right bed for us. AH Beard picked up the mattress and refitted to a medium for us. This has made a huge difference. Great experience.

I have MS and my 600 series air bed was playing up. Tim came out promptly and fixed the pump and fixed all my issue’s quickly. Everyone I dealt with at AH Beard were courteous and professional. They took into consideration my disability and solved all my problems quickly. I could not be more impressed. I will tell all my friends to buy from the local company. Well done

Love Love Love our new mattress A King Koil Queen. Easy to make the bed now and this is a medium top but firm springs. Highly recommended
