My Mercedes B200 was in their hands for almost 2 years. The most major service was replacement of water pump where I requested a genuine part to be purchased from the Mercedes dealership. Even, since then I have never stopped getting messages on the dashboard Top up coolant" and Anthony personally was confused why because they have installed a brand new pump for which I paid over $1200. Due to an issue with the pump I asked Anthony where my pump has been purchased from. His answer was "I don't remember"

Brought my Japanese import in for suspension check and spent quite a bit of time trying to find a knocking sound. They found a couple of possibilities and will try to find parts. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Also they didn’t charge me for this check.
