Despite overhearing another customer make unnecessary complaints regarding wait time for prescription product and lack of staff assistance, my experience was nothing short of excellent. Living in an area where the customer demographic is largely Asian, it is very much appreciated that many of the staff are bilingual and can help customers out in their native tongue. It is very understandable that wait times may be longer than other branches due to the high density of people in Eastwood and the extended trading hours of the store. A young lady by the name of Melissa served me today whilst I was looking for multivitamins. She was incredibly helpful and explained to me the differences in each of the brands. Overall, the staff seem very eager to help as long as the customers are friendly and know what they are looking for. Even though it was busy, my consumer experience here was much better than my experiences in other branches. Would recommend!

Usually a long line at the counter, but overall pretty decent Chemist Warehouse, although can be quite cramped as the aisles are quite narrow.

I know it's hard to imagine there's good customer service in Chemist base on some of the reviews on this page...Sometime it really depends on who you are dealing with.But I just want to highlight that Chelsea Y in the eastwood chemist warehouse really helped me a lot finding the thing I need...She was working and I approached her to get 2 supplements which are really hard to find, but she did it; also allow me to take a picture of a Berberine product that I couldn't afford at the time. Thanks so much for the experience. You have a bright future ahead and I am sure of it.

Paid for click and collect at 9:30 am on 4 April and they did not receive the message to work on it until 12:30pm and 4:30pm they still have not worked on it. They claim they are busy and could not have done it in 7 hours. If they can’t handle the workload, one is better off grabbing the stuff by oneself. It’s ridiculous.The order is ready for pick up at 7:48am over 22 hours later on 5 April.

Friendly security at the front door. I went in there buy cologne for my partner. It was hard to track down staff and when I found someone, she was very rude. I asked if I could smell a variety of scents. She kept insisting that I try more than one at a time, so she didn’t have to lock and close the door. All the perfumes are locked behind glass doors so you will need staff to access them. The lady was very pushy throughout this process. She also left after giving me a few scents to try then I had to track her down again. She did however write the names on the pieces of paper when she gave me the scents. They really need a container of coffee beans to break up the smell of the perfumes. After a while they smelt the same.The customer service from the lady was pushy and rude. I don’t like being rushed when shopping. I was not charged for a plastic bag for my two perfumes.

This chemist always has a lot of stock, very good for me to buy vitamins for my family and stock up. I recommend if you want vitamins

Poor time management and customer service. Click and collect not ready despite ordering more than 24h ago. I've bought click and collect from other chemist warehouses, all have been within or just over the 4h wait. But here she told me to cancel and just to go get it and buy it myself.

Great service. Great staff. But well over priced. Purchased medication at amcal in Sydney 22.00 cheaper than amcal salamander bay. Called price gouging.

Some of the staffs are very rude mainly the ones who are looking over the counter. I understand that they have a busy shifts but that does not mean other people always have any better days. All of us need to be kind to each other. They act as if we are there to steal things from them. We pay for the product we buy, not for the disrespect and rudeness.They keep the beeping thing on the door. So they should know what causes it to beep. The lady in the counter didn’t take off the sticker or something from my newly bought umbrella and it beeped. So embarrassing!! For a person with prescribed medicine on the hand and struggling with mental and emotional well-being, that incident is enough to ruin the entire day. Having to get checked in front of the entire store for nothing and no apologies afterwards is unsettling. Please be mindful of the customers you serve.

Avoid at all costs!! They lie to you, give you misleading information and have no respect for privacy. It doesn't matter if you confirm your details with them they will still go against your wishes and contact other people. They tell you one thing and then do another. Wish I could go back and prevent myself ever having dealt with them in the first place. Don't make my mistake, don't go here!
