Dexus grace

This is a quite place for uni students to live. It is close to shopping malls, bus stations and university campus. I have been living here for two years and the manager is very nice and friendly to me. If there are any problems with the facilities in the accommodation, the manager can sort out for you immediately. I would highly recommend students to live in this place.

Nexus Place is a fantastic facility. The managers are incredibly professional, honest, kind and friendly. They treat all tenants with respect and courtesy and are always available to lend a helping hand. They make sure that the complex is impeccably maintained with both the grounds and the apartments in top notch condition.During my time at Nexus I very rarely had any grievances with the other tenants who are mostly friendly and good natured. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming with plenty of social events throughout the year.For any students looking for accommodation whilst undertaking study, I highly recommend Nexus Place. There are too many good things to say about it in a review, and I would recommend a site inspection to experience it for yourself.

This place is really nice and comfortable! The environment here is really beautiful and my roommates are all very friendly. The manager here are very supportive and helpful. He always work really hard and willing to help everyone. He will consider everyone's requirement when he is setting the rooms for me. Overall, really nice place adn i think i will stay here for my uni life.

Has been a great couple of years staying at nexus place. I have met some really awesome, life long friends that kept each other company and amused during the worst of the pandemic. Great community, and awesome having your own bathroom!

I've been living at Nexus Place for nearly 12 months now and I love it. My room is next to the trees, so it's nice and cool. The environment is perfect for studying. The apartments are clean and they always try to maintain it to look new. The students come from every part of the world, so it was a great experience to meet some good friends. The managers are so friendly and helpful. I remembered being very ill one day and they kindly volunteered to pick me up from the hospital and gave me some chicken soup :) I would highly recommend this place for other students.

Dont be fooled by the 5 stars you have seen as most of it is by the management, quite unresponsive aswell, told the manager to book since 3 days and just when i was about to go make the payment he says the room has been booked, he even gave us a deadline for when to make the payment and i was just about to. Wasted so much time all for nothing. And when i tried to contact through Emails and calls later he was not responding which was just really unprofessional.Any other accomodation would be better.

Very convenient for a student. Only a 5 minute bus ride to Griffith University and walking distance to woolies. Difficult to find a better deal as a student in terms of rent and location given that you share the flat with only 2 others and have your own ensuite bathroom. Charles is a good manager and is quick to solve any issues that may arise.

I stayed at Nexus for one semester during my time as a study abroad student and I can really recommend living there. I lived in a three-person flatshare together with two lovely Australian girls. The accommodation itself offers everything you need to enjoy your stay: A fully furnished kitchen area with everything you need like dishwasher, oven, etc and also a living room area with TV and couches to relax. You can do your laundry for free and also use the pool for example. But the thing I really enjoyed the most is having my own bathroom! I used to live in the University Village before, which was the completely opposite regarding living standard and comfort. I was so happy to have been moved to Nexus. Living there really contributed to an amazing stay in Australia.It is absolutely easy to meet new friends at Nexus because there are always people around you! Avery and Aron, the provider of the accommodation, are always there to help you if you should have any problems. They try to make your stay at Nexus as pleasant as possible. One time they drove me to university early in the morning because I had an exam on Saturday. This is just one example of the things they offer in regard to provide a nice stay.All in all, I can say that I had a really good time at Nexus and I absolutely don't regret to have made the choice of living there :)

I lived at Nexus Place for 2 years and from day 1 it felt like home. I really enjoyed the living arrangement and having your own bathroom was a real bonus. The apartment while basic, was exactly what you needed to enjoy time with your housemates. I also liked the community vibe around Nexus and meeting people from other parts of Australia and the world. I always felt safe whilst in the complex and knew that if I needed help, someone would be around. The on-site managers, Aaron and Avery are prime examples, no matter how big or small the request was, they were always understanding, accomodating and willing to help, which I am thankful for. In summary, I really enjoyed my time and experience at Nexus Place and would highly recommend it to any student studying on the Gold Coast. Thanks again Aaron, Avery and Nexus Place.
