Wonderful customer service - very friendly staff. Always happy with my nails, eyelash perm and brows!

I have been coming to Sophie for 10 years.She is very experienced and Im constantly asked where I get my nails done.The eyelash extensions so natural and facials just beautiful.

I made a appointment at 1.30pm to have eyelash extensions.Arrived at 1.25pmAppointment was made while I was on my lunch breakI sat for 10 minutes and asked how much longer it will be before someone was able to see me.Nail artist advised another 10 minutes, a passive aggressive client made a remark under her breath , not necessary, which I pointed out to her.Note to salon, do not accept appointments if your unable to honour the time scheduled.People have responsibilities and my company would not accept my returning from lunch break 15 plus minutes late, it's not acceptableI have been a client at enchanting nails for many years, I'm very disappointed of the treatment I recieved today

We would rate it a 10 if we could! Small touches that make this place a must to go to. We had manicures, they were very well priced, extra care was taken with all aspects of this service, lovely and friendly staff and we left feeling like we were walking on air! What a find
