BOOK FACE

I came in with to look for a present for my sister and Chloe was more than helpful. She recommended books she had read and thought they were awesome as well as giving me an easy to understand summary of each book so I could pick which one suited my situation the best. Absolutely will be coming back. Chloe's service was beyond fantastic

While BOOK FACE provides a wide selection of books young and old, I am quite disgusted one in particular employees attitude, whom thought it was a great idea after I'd asked about a book which just so happened to lie within the spiritual selection; to have a loud discussion with a customer on their worries and concerns about people researching anything outside of mainstream religions IQ, generally a great store which I have purchased many books from encompassing all works of life: Non-fiction, fiction, history, religion, spirituality, etc..Personally I accept all peoples, religions and beliefs and was simply looking for a book to research something outside of mainstream religion that didn't solely rely on eastern iconography.I'm very disappointed and don't believe I will be returning anytime soon.In future I implore you, if having this conversation maybe don't speak so loud so the other customers can hear you.

This is a lovely bookstore and even though I didn't find the book I was looking for, the staff were exceptionally helpful and very eager to assist. Customer service of a very high standard.

Bookface would have to be my most visited and favourite store!I always treat myself to a visit and a “treat yo self purchase” on my days off. It feels great supporting such a diverse bookstore on the central coast. They’d have any book you’re after, and if not they’re happy to order it in for you with not a long wait time at all!They also have a great selection of gifts and unique items (always my go to for birthdays and other occasions). They also offer an awesome reward system and I really recommend signing up.Since moving to Sydney I really miss visiting this central coast gem and to be honest, I find it hard comparing other book stores to this one. It’s always a pleasure and the staff are so friendly.Really hope I can come by again soon! 100/10

Its a good bookstore.Has everything staff are super nice.Slightly expensive, but that's the price you pay for the experience and quality. No complaints

This wonderfull bookstore recently opened in Erina Fair Shopping Mall and is now one of my favourite places to visit and soak up the ambient atmosphere and aura. Very pleasant staff always so helpful and taking pains to seek out something really special for the customer to read. Nice to receive some old fashioned service together with a greeting and a smile upon entering.

A great, tidy, well laid out store.Would love to see an equal balance of sci fi in the sci fi and fantasy section.Great range of gifts and a very cute kids section in the year of the store.

A decent selection of quality new books at, let's face it, the price point that put the bigger book chains out of business. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Apart from books there is the odd selection of trinkets; novelty tea strainers and the like. Worth going to if you are after some paper based entertainment.
