These guys have done two of our houses now. They are affordable and also do a great job. We had new floorboards in our house that didn't match and the they managed to match the colour to old floorboards so now you can't even tell.

Very positive experience with JML-Best Floor Sanding. We had our old yellow pine floors sanded back and re-stained. The admin / bookings ladies made contact with me the same afternoon that I added my job to hi-pages and made sure they could do the work in the timeframe we needed. They gave us a quick quote based on square footage the following day. We asked them to come and take a look and give a final quote a few days later. 2 weeks later the job was booked in and they made sure by emailing us that we knew what we needed to do to prepare for the work. The work was carried out each day over 4 days and each day they texted us to say they were on their way to our place and gave us an ETA.They are very professional from start to finish and the floors look AMAZING! We are very happy with the result and the work carried out for us.

The finish of our floors was so amazing and even better than we expected. We had no idea what to expect when we took up the carpet and they fixed all of the irregularities of our 1950's original timber floor. Spectacular result and the team were lovely and professional.
