We had such a great experience with the SCPUW crew.They were exactly what we were looking! They were super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. They made the planning stress free with all of the services they offer! Their vendors and recommended vendors are 10/10!The packages on offer are very affordable to everyones budgets and I love the option of adding on things if required… even my last minute add on extra was not too much for the team to ensure our day was how we wanted.They made our elopement so beautiful, stress free and also fun, no amount of words could explain our gratitude and appreciation for the team.

We couldn’t have found a better company to help us plan and organise such a perfect wedding day! From the very beginning Carmen and the SCPUW crew were professional and accomodating to our needs. The advice they provided and the the lengths they went to to ensure a smooth running afternoon meant we were able enjoy the day knowing that everything was organised and set up ready to go! Even with last minute requests to add in extras to our set up, nothing was too much for these ladies and they made sure everything was just as we had hoped. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts! It was a perfect day and we will be recommending you to all of our friends and family who are yet to get married!

It has taken Colby and I time to write this review as words cannot express just how much gratitude and appreciation we have for the team at Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings (SCPUW). Colby and I cannot thank Carmen and the team at SCPUW enough for making our dream wedding become a reality!The team at SCPUW were absolutely incredible throughout the whole process right from the initial enquiry through to the big day. The team at SCPUW are highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail and you can be confident they have every detail covered on the day, even more than what we could have thought of. No request was too big or small for SCPUW and the team went out of their way to make sure every detail was exactly how we imagined it. The team were in communication with us throughout the whole process and committed to whatever decision we made – even down to risking the weather on the big day!!Overall, our day was spectacular and absolutely perfect thanks to SCPUW and their amazing team including their vendors!!!

Can not recommend @sunshinecoastpopupweddings enough! Such a warm, lovely group of people who pulled off our perfect day without a hitch! With 4 kids and both working full time, knowing Carmen and the group were experts in what they do took so much stress out of the planning. Carmen & Bronwen at SCPUW are an incredible duo!!! We looked into a pop up wedding package when we considered the terrifying thought of how an earth we would go planning a wedding with 1 yr old twins. We wanted it to be special but knew we did not have the time (or expertise) to pull it off so we sourced the help of SCPUW. The packages on offer are very affordable and payment options are inclusive to everyones budgets. We originally booked a package at Sandstone Point at the gorgeous outdoor chapel, however we're devastated to be informed Sandstone Point were demolishing it and our wedding was being moved to the newly built Pavilion. I did not feel the same about the Pavilion. Carmen advocated on our behlaf of our disappointment and negotiated with Sandstone Point to cancel our contract. We therefore were back at square one considering a new venue. We fell in love with all that Caloundra Powerboat Club had to offer and the tropical beach vibes that came with that. Carmen and Bronwen were so supportive through these changes and made us feel positive about the new venue and what the BYO package could offer. It really was fate that led us to this new venue and my god was it absolutely perfect!!! I could not imagine our wedding journey without SCPUW they are the most caring, compassionate and lovely team and we are so grateful for the memories they have given us and our family. From the moment we found Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings, we knew that this style was perfect for us and it really was everything we dreamed of for our wedding. Carmen was such a delight from our first call all the way through and just got our quirky nature from the word go. We were able to add little personal touches and accommodate some special requests from our family which made our day magical. The team at SCPUW were brilliant in the lead up and on the day and everyone on the team including Anna our celebrant and Taylor our photographer, were exactly what we expected and more. We can’t thank Carmen and the SCPUW crew enough for our magical wedding day and we highly recommend them to everyone...which we have done all along and intend to keep doing. Seriously amazing! Amazing people and an amazing job! Everything was so easy and I highly recommend Sunshine Coast pop up weddings as a planner. Carmen was with you every step of the way and if wanted something different it was no problem. Loved every minute of it!!
