Newline were employed to paint our period home externally.Firstly the team were not prepared to take on any client feedback and managed our expectations throughout the job.The prep work and quality of the job did not meet the scope stated in their quotation nor did they perform the work based on the steps a professional painter would do to complete the work to a standard quality of workmanship.We were able to settle on a deposit only, however it certainly was not a pleasant experience.

Hi Folks, Finding a good professional painter is difficult these days, because it is difficult to find good tradespeople. Having searched the web, I looked at the Newline website and saw the work they have done for their clients, and the many positive comments people have left. When I contacted Newline, they were very patient and helpful in offering many suggestions to assist me. They then sent me a quote for the work, which I thought was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Daniel carried out my job. He was very professional at his work and finished painting my back yard concrete area looking like new again.
