This newly opened Woolworths is a spacious, modern store that had everything we needed. Paid parking now applies for over 3 hours instead of two so we have time to shop and eat again!

The girl that works the cigarette counter on nights is the poster child for unneeded teenage attitude and treats everyone she serves very rudely on multiple occassions for no reason. If she is not in front of her supervisor attitude and tone changes to positive and treats people horribly when not. Makes me go to Coles in the same complex as she is absolutely toxic horrid to the core with a lot of growing up to do.. Served around 7pm on the 4.4.23 if any interest to company to review. Required a refund and once processed walked in store to hear her desrcribing the interaction grossly misrepresented to make me sound aggressive to her colleague. The both of them audibly scoffed as I left the store after shopping. I'ts not the 1st time I've had a poor experience here also, culture seems toxic from management down. Very poor.

Almost every day the workers are busy talking rather than helping customers (sometimes I feel like I'm being an interruption to them) so it's just far easier to use self service even though I'd prefer a friendly face. Shame.

I always make my way down to Woolworths to do my shop when I go to Lutwyche due to the escalators at that end being out of action for a while. It makes for a peaceful shop compared to Coles down the other end. C’mon though guys - where is the full cream vanilla yoghurt? Getting sick of all these sickly flavour combos all the time. Stock some good vanilla yoghurt!
