After arriving in Mackay from Scotland in 2017 I brought my Samsung printer with me not realising that most printers are regional meaning they can only be used in the regions they are sold.Rodney and Mary-Anne helped me find the correct Cartridge World toner cartridges to fit and work on my UK printer and to my amazement it all works perfectly well.The order was delivered next day, which is fantastic given I live in Mackay and it had to be shipped from down south.I can safely say that Rodney & Mary-Anne are most definitely 'fanatical' about their support and customer service they truly did provide a fabulous experience.Well worth a visit and most definitely the most cost effective ink and toner cartridges in Mackay.

This is the third time something has gone wrong from buying a product from this company this time They said I would have to buy another product instead of replacing one that did not do the job correctly due to an electronic problem on the cartridge so if this is the way this company does business there is no way I would ever ever deal with this company again
