Online order at 7.30am, picked up at 10.30am. Very easy, very prompt.

Disappointing that when contacting this company directly to order SKU FH1H03012 - 12 X FISCHER CLEAR PLASTIC STORAGE BOX - 5 COMPARTMENTS - 188 X 118 X 31MM that the freight was $38.50 resulting in a total of $67.14, the items were only $28.64 .. Was able to order the same SKU from an eBay seller for $41.95 Inc GST and Shipping from Victoria.This order was a B2B order and was surprised that Reflex Equip wasn't interested in direct order....

Worst experience with a business ever.I received one of my three items that i ordered and am still waiting on the other two items.They told me that the items will be coming from three different courier warehouses!I still havent received anything and they continue to lie about them attempting delivery.I called them again today and spoke to Ian who started yelling at me saying theres nothing he can do and to deal with direct freight who are their couriers and then hung up on me!I have worked in customer service myself and would never treat any customer the way that Ian and reflex equip have dealt with me.I have never dealt with any business who are so unorganised and rude in my life!Never purchase from these people.
