Highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr Shanon at Perth Vet Care. In a horrible situation he was simply amazing. He very obviously has the biggest heart and showed our boy so much kindness.

One of the most difficult decisions in pet ownership is when to say goodbye. Two weeks ago we made the difficult decision to farewell to our beautiful girl Georgie.Dr Shanon came to our home and helped us say our final goodbyes. It was peaceful, gentle and very caring. We cannot thank him enough.

I highly recommend using Perth vet care. Making a booking on line made things easier at such a difficult time. Dr Shannon provided the service of euthanising our 15year old Chloe who was very sick with cancer. Chloe was always petrified of going to the vets so having the opportunity to do this at home was a blessing. He gave her his full attention and sent her off with the dignity she deserved. Our family would just like to say how privileged we were to have Dr. Shanon come to our home to help our beautiful Toby gain his angel wings on St. Patrick’s Day 2023. His calm, caring and reassuring presence made a very difficult moment a little easier to bare. Although heart wrenching for us all, I feel comforted that Toby will be in your care before he finally comes back to us in a few days. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

I could not have found a more patient and gentle vetinarian for our timid and ailing senior cat. Cannot recommend Dr Shanon enough. Thank you for your kindness in what was a very difficult time.

We recently had to have our beloved cat put to sleep and after careful consideration we decided Perth Vet Care would be a good fit for us, and they were. Dr Shanon came to our home on time and treated our poor cat with the utmost respect. He was very respectful to all of us. We weren't rushed in any way and the Dr waited until we had all said our goodbyes before administering the medications. Once our little man had passed the Dr packed up and gave his condolences to us and left. Our cat was given a dignified final sleep and we were able to pay our respects. Shanon was amazing, kind and caring and showed our beautiful girl so much compassion while he helped her cross the rainbow bridge. He took the time to give her lots of love and genuinely wanted to hear all about her. He gently explained everything as he went and made a really hard day that little bit easier. Thank you Shanon.

For such a hard time in our lives, we had such a calm experience with Dr Shanon. I appreciated being able to book online and choose the options I wanted. Dr Shanon’s gentle manner made us all feel comfortable and supported. Honey’s last moment with us was relaxed and the whole process was allowed the time it needed. Thank you.

Like so many other reviews I cannot thank Dr Shannon enough for the way in which he helped us say goodbye to our beloved red cloud kelpie Maddie. To be able to do this at home was very important to us as we wanted her to be in familiar surroundings with the love of her family around her. Whilst my husband and I and two grown up sons were tearful and snotty, Dr Shannon brought calmness and caring to a difficult task. He wanted to know all about our beautiful companion of 14 years and we enjoyed being able to reminisce and share stories about her. My sons now remark that it was undoubtedly the best way in which to say goodbye and would not change a thing. Thank you so much Dr Shannon.

Being able to book online was so helpful...even if it took me half an hour to actually get up the courage to push the 'BOOK NOW' button. Dr Shannon made the difficult process of saying goodbye to a dear, furry family member far more stress-free than it would have been in a traditional vet office setting.Sitting in the comfort of your own home in 'your chair'...which also happens to be your pet's favourite chair - treats...a sedative...and a most gentle and dignified passing.Thank you so much Dr Shannon.Rest in peace Ricco.
