Not a huge store but, what they don't have in store, they can order in. I have bought books here at times cheaper than the Internet. That's a big bonus knowing that if something goes a stray, I haven't handed money over the counter till I have the item in hand.

Such good customer service. M went above and beyond to help my daughter on what was a pretty hard day until we walked into this calm, cheerful store. How encouraging for a parent to see a bookseller engaging so enthusiastically with a teenage customer. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

I moved to the Bega Valley in 2019 and have made a conscious effort to shop locally. Unfortunately, every time I've visited this bookstore I have received poor customer service. On multiple occasions I've been the only customer in the store and haven't even received a greeting from staff. It's a shame because I so want to love this bookstore, they stock some of the most wonderful books and I rarely walk out empty handed. I always leave feeling dissatisfied and will now shop online for my books.
