Could not get any slower an takes 6 hours to get a rwc an then your take it back to get 6 Jobs signed off an 2 an half hours later an trying to fail me on stuff that did not even need doing so they can get more work it will be the last time I go to black Toyota Chinchilla so If I was to give a review it would be minis 10

What makes Black Toyota stand out is the customer service. Jason Gray was a superstar. He advised me throughout the process from the very first call to having it delivered to Weipa. I did not feel like I was being upsold and catered to my needs. He organised the fitting of accessories at ARB as well. If you looking at buying a Toyota look no further. I am very happy with the service. Highly recommend Black Toyota.

Went into Chinchilla branch saw 5 people working and not 1 acknoledged me. Even went up to the voucher stand as was interested in Corolla.Ended up with 2021 Mazda 3 due to their fabulous service in Toowoomba

Excellent service and very accommodative. Keely, Chase and Montana were awesome, going above & beyond. It was our first service with them and due to work schedule constraints, there were difficulties for our send in timing and collection. They were so helpful and quick to provide a solution.Thank you Black Toyota Chinchilla. Highly recommend.

Amazing service. Quickly were able to get my finance approval completed and I'll have a fully new car built by May. In the current COVID climate that is fantastic and they even did an amazing interest with the loan for the car. 10/10 best Toyota in QLD and great sales people, management, reception and finance team too!
