I have never had an experience with a doctor as horrible as this, infact I have never had a negative experience with a doctor until visiting this clinic. I decided to try a new clinic closer to work, as it would be easier for me to go to appointments on my lunch breaks. DR Asimanogi O'hagan showed little to no care when I presented at the clinic with an ailment that later had me in the emergency department. Because the sever pain I was in went away while i was waiting in emergency and Dr O'hagan had already sent me for tests that I was just waiting on results for, I decided to leave emergency (i didn't want to clog up the system), call sunshine coast family clinic to get my results and return to work. I told Dr O'hagan this during my consult over the phone and she proceeded to talk over the top of me and tell me that I musn't have been in that much pain if I returned to work afterwards (this is just one example without revealing the nature of my illness). Thankfully I immediately called another GP and got in to see an incredible doctor who explained my illness to me (with the results of my scans/tests) and showed great care. I have never had an ailment that has taken me to emergency, so as you can imagine I was incredibly worried and nervous about what was happening to me. Your staff seem lovely, reception were nothing but nice to me. However, this doctor is a disgrace. If you are considering seeing Dr O'Hagan, I beg you to reconsider.

For 2 days straight I have been waiting for telephone consultations. One was supposed to be at 4.15 pm Friday , never happened. Next one 11.45 am Saturday. Now 2.30 pm Saturday. What sort of practice is this. I am waiting for very important results. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr A. O'Hagan and her staff are very kind. If I am very unwell, I am given the time to explain. I understand that each patient is treated in the same way. I'm very thankful for Dr O'Hagan's knowledge and care and training and ongoing training that helps us, the patients.

Been seeing Dr ohagan for years and honestly since she's moved to this family practice she seems to give little or next to no care for her patients. I'm sick of travelling over an hour for the practice not able to stick to their appointment times or schedules. Not everyone has the time to waste waiting on appointments. Receptionist's have no care.

I would give zero but not possible. I booked earliest appointment to ensure my appointment time would not be delayed however after an hour of waiting, I asked reception why the delay - Dr O’Hagen had not even arrived for work, 30mins later and still a no show - I walked out. My wife warned me the clinic was unprofessional with terrible patient service and that is why she moved the rest of family to another practice after years of this being the family Doctors. I go rarely and just for annual check-ups, gave them one more chance. I have now transferred to another practice as initially suggested by my wife - practice is not what is used to be after the loss of previous excellent Doctors.

Worst experience ever. We had Dr O’Hagan. Will never be returning. I have never had a passive aggressive rude arrogant careless doctor like her. There is a lack of communication between the girls at the office and the doctors. From little things like being told to wait in the car and then Dr O’Hagan questioning why I was waiting in the car instead or the waiting room. I was told we had to wait in the car due to my child having a Covid symptom, a blocked nose. We were then invited by Dr O’Hagan into her room, where she gave my child a Covid swab, which my child began to sneeze after and then she made a comment about how my child would now be spreading Covid germs all through her office. In the past if we were needed to have a Covid test to keep everyone safe our doctor would send us for a PCR not perform the Covid swab in a closed office space, to protect everyone if there was concerned of Covid. Also never been told that I was wasting a doctors time when asking for a medical certificate to give to my work. Dr O’Hagan also seemed uneducated on the issues that we were actually there for. Would not recommend any one go there! Would give 0 stars if possible!

I had to wait over an hour to see Dr O'Hagan - there was no warning from reception when I first arrived that she was running late and no apology from the doctor or reception staff when I finally went in. I don't mind waiting but an hour is too long especially without any warning. During the appointment I felt like Dr O'Hagan was passively rude to me, tearing up a referral when I wasn't sure about something and I felt belittled seeing her and asking for her advice. In the end she did treat me for some things but I felt awkward and not good about being there. Would not recommend as an all round experience.

Dr Hagen was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When my son tried to explain his symptoms her reply was “are you trying to give me a lesson or something “ she had no empathy and no duty of care in helping my son during a tough time. She also pushed the door on me as we left. I will be reporting this further.

I have been a long time patient of this clinic, in fact I’ve been there since they opened up, and ever since I had to switch to Dr O’Hagan I’ve never dreaded going to an appointment more than having to go to her. She belittles anything and everything and there is absolutely no empathy regarding anything that is spoken about. She shows her personal beliefs while working and yet I thought doctors were suppose to be impartial and unprejudiced? The arrogant, passive aggressive rudeness and carelessness that she holds while seeing patients honestly leaves me speechless. I want to write more to show how horrible she can make people feel yet as I said she leaves me speechless. I definitely wouldn’t recommend and definitely will not be coming back to see her.
