Absolutely awful experience. We walked in, explained we wanted my daughter's nails to be fixed and painted and mine to keep the length but made pretty and shaped (yeah, I know, we don't do this often, wanted it to be a special day for my daughter) the lady said it could be done, then someone else tells us to sit, they just painted my daughter's nails with Polish, (while wearing no gloves) no cream, no wash even. They cut my nails with a nail clipper to the edge of my finger, and leave them squared and rough, then the lady we talked to first shows up to paint mine, and when I mention we feel a bit upset about it their reply was if you didn't like the first finger

It was my first time getting nails and they did exactly what I asked them to do and explained everything great. I don’t see why not giving them five starts. But keep in mind it is a hit or miss thing really.

Poor staff attitude and refusing to do a proper pedicure.There were three customers including myself who were getting a spa pedicure. The other two were given great massages during the pedicure but I got nothing and when asked the girl about it she said she doesn’t do it and won’t and when I said I paid the same as the others she ignored me. Then I said well i probably should go somewhere else she responded with that’s your choice. I have been going to this place regularly for nails but a couple of girls don’t know how to talk to everyone and are also racist. They will talk very nicely to people from Anglo background while talk to people from a different cultural background unprofessionally.Definitely not returning.The two stars are for the girl who did my manicure. She was wonderful!

Super disappointing experience. Hardly anyone in store and they were rushing my nails and being rough. For the price and lack of quality, you’d hope the staff were more attentive and friendly. Won’t be coming back :((

I haven't done my nails in a really long time because I like to do it myself with regular nail polish. But I had a wedding on Sat and since I had a baby it's not easy to do it myself. So I decided to give this place a chance. Big mistake.I am giving a one star for the lady that did my toes. She was so lovely and did a very neat job. BUT the lady that did my finger nails did terible job. Mind you, I did my nails on Friday late afternoon and shellac has already chipped on all of my fingers.Do not let me even start on poor customer service!Another thing, place is COVERED in nail dust and very unsanitary. Save yourself money and go to a better place.

Went to this place for the first time on the weekend to get my Acrylic Nails done and they were great. Fast service (probably because I arrived quite early in the day) and did them exactly as requested. Price was what I pay anywhere else normally

My friend and I come here every couple of weeks after a terrible experience at the place in majura. Ladies are always lovely here and we walk away happy with the end result. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but clearly there is a running pattern of those leaving negative feedback and clearly their English is subpar.
