I would not recommend this service to anyone. I rang for a cab at 5.44pm and after an hour of waiting and five or six phone calls later I cancelled the booking and rang another service. Absolutely disgraceful.

Harry and the gang at city taxis are always on time, in great moods, treat customers with respect and are polite and friendly. highly recommend

Very professional and friendly, always takes the fastest route and this avoids over charging customers unlike other companies.

Do not waste your time calling this taxi company. I waited an hour, called twice in this time and was told they wouldn't be long. I eventually called URCab and was told they would be there in 10 minutes and was there in 5 minutes.This is not the first time this has happened with Sunraysia Taxis or Black and White Taxis which they are also called. Nine years ago I called them and was told they would be there in a couple of minutes, I am still waiting. Both these times I was about a one or two minute walk from their depot, but this does not help as it always appears to be closed.There are other reliable services in town so you don't need to waste your time with this taxi company.

The online booking service was quick and easy. I booked for an overseas guest and the response via the chat function was very prompt. I was able to pay in advance for my guest's fare to the airport.

We booked using their automated after hours system. Our driver, Ramesh, was excellent. We got to the airport in plenty of time (I would suggest leaving plenty of wriggle room in case things go pear shaped.)
