Just Skips

We have ordered several bins from Just Skips now. The prices are very competitive and we cannot fault the service! From the friendly and reliable staff that take our orders to the punctual drivers that place the bin exactly where we need it each time. Just skips are the best and we will continue to use them for our future projects and clean ups.

* Beware*Moving house, used a 4 cubic meter bin which was dropped off yesterday around 11ish and the driver drove over the newly planted council tree during the process. I returned this morning around 9 and the skip had already been picked up, only being half full. I called to say we werent finished and the woman had a zero care factor. Service was undoubtedly one of the most amateurish I have had the mispleasure of dealing with.I was told the pick up times are not set and it could be any time of theday. There was absolutely no compromise and NO EMPATHY at all.... customer service was disgusting.I stated I had to give the house keys in tomorrow and the telephone operator just didn't care.Not even an offer of working something out for anbin.Ended up using another business (Blue Bins Waste) to finish off the job who were great.....

I had a property to renovate in a short period of time and I called on just skips.The web booking process was clear and simple. The price was competitive.Prior to delivery I had a polite call from the office to let me know there was concern about access in the narrow street. They had been looking at the address on street view.Rather than this being a problem, they worked with me to determine whether it could be done, and it could.The skip arrived on time. The driver was friendly and clearly experienced, and the skip was neatly deposited. It was in good condition.Pick-up happened when scheduled. I over-loaded the skip. This was little more than another friendly phone call to let me know the additional charges from the weigh-bridge.From start to finish, a great service. It may be just a skip, however it's a real pleasure when a service provider seems to be getting everything right.

We would highly recommend this company as they are so easy to deal with and the price was great. They also listened to the instructions we gave in regards to our dogs. The driver rang when he was on his way so we could put the dogs inside so they didn't escape. So many companies don't bother and then wonder why they can't get in! It was delivered and pick up on time by a cheerful driver as well. Great job Just Skips!

BE CAREFUL!! ordered a skip bin for household demolition. When they came to collect the bin they called me at my work place and demanded an additional $100 as I had put an old office chair in the bin. They told me they would leave the industrial bin in my driveway until I paid the additional $100.00 - that is blackmail!! The 2 office girls I spoke to were rude & demanding. Any attempt to speak to the owner were blocked. NEVER AGAIN!!Update after Just Skip response:No, it does not clarify the situation. You staff DEMANDED $100 or THREATENED to leave the bin in my driveway. They also THREATENED to charge me weekly until I paid you $100.00. They also THREATENED to dump the contents of the bin on my footpath.I left a message for the owner to call me or email me but you have done neither!! I'd like to know how you think THREATENING customers is acceptable?? Your customer service is appalling.You should be ashamed that your staff bullied and threatened a female customer.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Just Skips if in the need for bin hire!Their pricing is great and they were never late in dropping off or picking up the bin.The service provided by both the lady on the phone and the guy in the truck were as always exceptional.I will always use Just Skips as I have done for many years now!Great work and much appreciated!

A great service. Value for money. We used the largest bin available and was filled to the top. The driver put it as far back as possible and manages to get the truck and the bin in a tight driveway. website says clearly what can and cannot be placed in the bin without occurring extra charges. Good value for your Dollar $ the driver was courteous and friendly.Recommend this company for all to use. And if needed extra week is cheep just $50 a bargain.Thank you.

Horrible tying down methods, Truck carrying load along Salisbury highway/Port river expressway dropped multiple large foam/cardboard along road without stopping. SB76DJ was the rego. Would expect better from a “professional” business

Spoke with Ellen and ordered a 4m3 skip. Realised the night before skip delivery we forgot to factor in the carpet. Sent an email to them to see if the skip could be upgraded. Got a call at 755am the next morning, it had been changed, the driver had to go back to swap it, but it was done with no problem or questions. Driver was great, was very careful not to damage the driveway or car parked opposite. Great experience from a SA owned and operated business! Sorry for the inconvenience, well done and thanks again! :)

I could not speak highly enough of their service and value for money. On time,very friendly staff. Will have no hesitation on using this business again. Thank you for making this an easy process, in what was a stressful period in moving homes.
