bought a top here the other day. got home and when putting it on noticed a huge whole, took it back a couple days later and got an exchange, when talking to one of the older staff she made it seem as if she didnt beileve me and that she wouldnt give a refund and will exchange giving me 90% of the original price to spend which seemed a little odd to me. but so glad they are now a bigger store and most of their staff are accommodating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude staff, not helpful at all even when they were in fault they still refused to accommodate. Never coming back to this store again !!! Every other cotton on store has been welcoming. Should be ashamed

genuinely one of the nicest customer service experiences ive ever had from the 2 workers there (Sez and the girl working with her) on 5th feb ill for sure go again

The customer service of this store (Helensvale) is appalling. I don’t know why but the employees of this location have always been so unhelpful, have poor attitudes and are lucky to even acknowledge you’re in the store. Continually disappointed after every visit at this store.
