We got a 2 seater, a 2 king seater and a chair. We have them now for half a year and we are still very happy. Everyone who sees them is asking us where we have got them from.As they are all custom made, you have to wait till they built it for you, but the waiting is worth it.

Faulty product delivered, no customer service. Retailer eventually took on the case and product was returned an came back slightly better but not great. For the price we expected a quality product.

We purchased a Garstone suit and we have had problems ever since we purchased it. The customer service was ok whist still under warranty. After that, they don't want to know you. In my opinion I believe we got a bad bath of leather as it's peeling and in some parts now has holes in it. We don't have animals and adhered to the manufacturers instructions in relation to maintaining the leather. Complete waste of money and would never purchase or recommend.

We have asked for a quote to get our 12 Garstone made recliner suite reupholstered but still have received a reply two weeks later. Customer service is very poor, even when we want to spend more money with them.

We bought the double recliner we really wanted to buy Australian so we were so excited. Unfortunately it is the biggest waste of money we have spent. The stitching started coming undone us soon us we got home. I went back to Harvey Norman but of course stitching is not covered by warranty. Even if it is faulty. The worst thing is we were heavily sold on it being the best warranty.Australian made is not always best.Very sad waste of money

We bought a suite from Garstone 10 years ago. Great quality, comfort and Australian Made. We since have moved house and have bought another suite. Never any issues and happy to invest money into such an important detail in our home.

I have had my Garstone 3 seater and 2 recliners since 2008 still looks like new and is very comfortable to sit in.. I did have it repaired under warranty and it was very quick from pick to returning the 3 seat lounge.
