Very poor customer care service plus rude, I will not come to this patrol station at all, run up my day with her unprofessional attitude. BRT that’s her, manager has to advise her of customer care service and improve her people skills. Thank u

I did an online order then I paid for it but after the order it said some items aren't available but that wasn't said on the site.if items aren't available then it should say that.

Love the customer service to each of the staff and very friendly, professional, and helpful, good conversation with them, have a good laughed with the kiwi lady fast service make me feel welcome all the time she makes my day only problem I've seen sometime as I lived local the teenager kids stealing from the store often this need to stop I feel sorry for the staff working there how can they put up with it it could lose customers as we don't feel safe. The company need to do something about it.

Website still states closing time 2200.Coles Express Maddington closes 2100 and no proper display.Waited 10 minutes in queue and then the pump closed without any announcement.People still queuing up but had to turnaround without any notification.

gave the woman my country fuel card & 4c coles docket,she refused to accept the discount docket because i was paying with my card & not cash.WHAT CRAP!!since when has shell maddington started doing this???have sent in copies of both documents to head office & of course all emails totally ignored.so will not be using shell olga rd.,maddington again.
