O'Brien® AutoGlass Mackay

Great service all round! The customer service team on the phone were so helpful and friendly! And Ryan at the Mackay workshop was the same. Would recommend O’Briens any day of the week.

I was phoned today for a claim i lodged through my insurance company. Patrick was the employee who phoned through to set up a time / day to have this service adhered too. He was very rude, short, and then hung up on me at the end of the call, i didn’t even have time to say thank you. I went to call back thinking maybe my line dropped out and i felt terrible, however i then received the confirmation text everything had been booked. I am appalled at the customer service i received today. I was left baffled at how someone so rude could possibly be working within a customer service role ? Hoping the actual service on my car goes a lot more smoothly then that initial phone call.

They fixed my window screen at a proficient time and were very informative and friendly.

The initial contact through to the measurements being taken was great. We were told it would be 5 to 7 business days which was ok. After a month of not being able to contact the the local contractors through O'Brien's. And being told several times the job had been escalated and I was assured we would hear from them by the following day, we cancelled the job. Totally dissatisfied with your service O'Brien's.

Came out to the home and fitted the glass even got a discount

The technician gave me Excellent service , prompt and very efficient and very clean in the process , would thoroughly recommend him as I have to others

I've replaced plenty of windows and Windscreen with O'Brien with work. Never a problem. There was a window they could not supply for my personal car. But otherwise service is great and they come to me when they can.

Despite the early issues with getting in touch .. Way toooo many 1800 numbers.. The staff were helpful and even pushed me forwards by a day which was perfect... Thanks guys.

Great customer service but Way over priced

Arranged an emergency repair from the road over the phone. They did all the insurance stuff and got us back on the road in an hour. Outstanding. Thanks
