I know the owner, Evgeni, of YNM Real Estate for over ten years. He is extremely professional and efficient. Moreover, he's very kind and helpful and knows exactly what you want and did it promptly. Evgeni provides intensive care of my house while I am overseas. And Monique too, is also very efficient and helpful and will assist whenever and wherever you need. I couldn't recommend YNM highly enough. Evgeni managed the last property we rented and he was a real joy to deal with. A few issues arose after we moved into the property and I was really impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism that he displayed when dealing with these issues. I would jump at the chance to lease a property from Evgeni and his team again and would highly recommend YNM to manage any investment properties that you may have anywhere in Australia. Probably the best agents in the market. Evgeni and Monique are extremely professional, polite, helpful and efficient at managing properties.Rented out a 3 bedroom house for a year and had a very smooth stay. All problems were fixed immediately, communication was superb and the bond was returned on time.Would highly recommend them to manage your property.
