The experience was fantastic from the first call in speaking with the receptionist.I then spoke with Mark and he could not have been more helpful and informative and proceeded to assist me with what was an unusual and difficult request. Did a $2,000 IT work on line, database-script-optimisation-reporting" (google it) but they didn't pay me. An independent third party assigned by Airtasker concluded that the task was completed and should be fully paid for. Their recommendations was not enforcing
