Customer service is second to none. Jetmaster staff went out of their way to help me repair a very old gas heater where they could have easily tried to sell me a brand new one. I would highly recommend them and their great range of heating solutions.

I have just completed a major home renovation at Rose Bay, we are spoiled by great views of the harbour but our greatest enjoyment is sitting by our Heat & Glo fireplace by Jetmaster, sales and installation was 5 star thanks to the team at Marrickville display centre.

Went in for the first time and had a discussion with Eva, who was very helpful and she understood exactly what I was after and went above and beyond to help me out. The showroom is very neat and they have their own parking.

We bought a top of the range Jetmaster gas fire four years ago and have had to service it every year since then at $210 plus parts at the beginning of each winter. The remote control has been difficult and frustrating to operate from day one and has meant that we've had to turn the power off and on to reset it a few times before trying to turn it on again. Jetmaster has no solution or help for this and I have to wait for two weeks for a service call. If you are thinking of buying one allow at least $210 annually and get in early before it gets cold to book your service. Not happy.

I’m sure it’s great if they have the product you are after. I wouldn’t know because I was looking for an underfloor flue gas fire which they don’t carry so I got attitude. I was informed the product I was looking for was inferior, now I love opinions but segueing into your product is not the right way to go about it. Congratulations showroom person whilst you carried on with me you scared of the other decision maker out of the business.

Appalling customer service - 4 attempts made to repair the fireplace when it stopped working, slow to respond to booking service enquiries, sudden change of technician forcing postponement of service visit, all over incurring high OPEX to keep running.Skip this product and company, and get one of those eco-burner fireplace that run on metho. Or get another brand. Jetmaster and Heat & Glow are not good products.
