BBP Martial Arts Academy

Excellent establishment. Initially wanted my son to go into a character building program so tried this academy out. Needless to say we have stayed. Through hard work and perseverance he's now a black belt. I'm so proud. The instructors here have taught him so many life lessons that I'm grateful for. Regular participation has built up his physical and mental abilities that has carried over to his schooling. Did I mention that I'm very proud of him, because I am. It doesn't matter who you are or where you are from, the instructors will help tirelessly to bring out your child's best.

Victoria and her team of teachers are incredible. This school is truly impeccable. Every lesson every day has the most motivating positive vibe and my son loves it. He has learnt many great skills at his young age, like self control courage respect and self discipline. I wouldn’t put my child in any other martial arts then BBP, they are a cut above the rest.

Not a happy experience with this academy , so if you want to graduate to the next level , you pay them money , they used to accept credit cards before not they only want cash ,also if you want to leave this academy they want people to serve a 2 month notice , they thus debit the fees for the next 2 months , I have been to many different kind of academies involving other sports before with my child , but nowhere have I seen a 2 months notice period to be served to leave.this is unfair as far as I am concerned….!!

I have been a martial artist for over thirty years and find few places that live by the creed they talk. Bbp is different. The instructors are humble authentic and compassionate. They are also exceptionally good martial artists professionals. If you want to grow then BBP is a good place to start.

A while ago, back when I first joined BBP, I was very unfocused. As I progressed and got better at martial arts, I got better at focussing. This focus helped me at school as well. I have gained higher confidence as well as happiness.Martial arts is one of the factors in my life that is able to get me out of bed when I'm unmotivated. I enjoy martial arts immensely, it's one of my favourite things to do.When I was just starting out in my martial arts journey and I was really unfocused, my instructors gave me amazing support. The support my instructors have given me over the years has meant I was able to increase my focus in class. They helped me immensely, with my martial arts and with my life. I have improved my martial arts and confidence which has been continual the last 6 years.Another good thing about martial arts is that it significantly helps you to discover and push you to your limits. Martial arts has greatly expanded what I thought my limits were. Before joining BBP, I never even thought it was possible to set goals for myself and now I can set them for the rest of my life.The last thing is that in martial arts, much like school, you can, and will, make friends that you can keep for the rest of your life. It can help with confidence and social skills too and you will have many positive experiences that you can share with your new friends along the way.It is also good for my mental and physical health.By Henry Smith - 11 years old.5/1/2023

BBP has changes me both physically but mentally, i have learned so much from this school, both with knowledge with self defense and confidence.The Instructors at the school are professional, supportive, great motivators.Great place for kids all ages and personality types, teaching a lot of life skills not just self defense but how to defuse situation without using violence.

BBP is an incredible Martial Arts School. My children have been involved at BBP since they were 3 and my eldest is now 11 and is a Black Belt. I am so pleased we train at BBP, as the leadership qualities and other life skills they have both developed while learning Martial Arts at BBP are something that I am very proud off. The instructors are great with the kids and my kids love them. Highly recommend!!

Best decision my wife and I made about 9 years ago! Since then both our children are now black belts and are growing to be very active and socially aware children. BBP has played a significant role in the overall upbringing of many children including ours in to responsible individuals and it’s very pleasing to witness the process. We wish BBP the very best and continue to do the great work in years to come.

My children and I have been apart of this academy for 2.5 years now , both of my children have been taught by the Taylor Family. They have excelled not only in their Martial arts and fitness , in their attitude/focus & school work ...this Martial Arts Academy does not just teach martial arts they show your children respect/discipline and self values ... I give this Martial Arts Academy a FIVE STAR rating for meeting ALL my expectations ... BBP Martial Arts Academy are just superior in what they do how they are with your children and who they are as instructors and as a parent.

5 Star Rating is not enough this academy is a 10 out 5! My children have attended this academy for over 6 years now, my eldest is now in the adults classes and my husband also attends, its a real family affair. Both my children have had a never ending amount of support from ALL of the instructors there. Whether it be learning a new move or something in their private lives ALL of the instructors have been on hand and wonderful in their support, and have always remained true to the values of the academy. I would make mention specifically of Mr Daniel Taylor, who has been a support and mentor to both of my boys for the past 6 years, I appreciate all you do for them, although every other instructor is just as supportive. The instructors at this academy go OVER AND BEYOND for all of their students. If you want your child to learn in an environment that is supportive, teaches respect (not just of others but to respect themselves too), teaches values (every term there is a new value taught in class), discipline and a healthy way to live, then this is the academy for you. Don't wait make the call, it will be the best thing you ever did!
