This small centre is always staffed by excellent phlebotomists. Every one I've met has been really professional yet friendly and very kind! I love the new layout. It feels a lot more spacious now. A special thanks to Janine who recently my blood samples without any pain at all and was exceptionally kind too!

Very Bad experience i went today around 8 am with my Mother for blood test and The lady that served me was miserable. Received very rude remarksshe was no greetings & was very abrupt in her conversation. It really made me belittled. I don't know if they get any Behavioural training or not

Spent 1 and a half hours waiting for someone to come and no one came to bledon on Saturday as there are two at bledon I went to the medical clinic one as the one by the pizza shop is not open on Saturday
