We had 2 companies we liked and we are very happy to have picked rawdon hill. We wish that we could give more than 5 stars, they deserve it. From the outset they have been listening and user-friendly, the whole team work together from the sales draftsman, office and site managers and receptionist, trades,interior consultantsThey all were in touch when they said they would and when we had a few queries it was addressed promptlyCheers Peter and Criss Childs Clyde North.

Jane Wescombe is the worst home consultant ever! Very unprofessional! Do not approach her!

Firstly the design process, consultations, colour selection and initial meetings were fantastic! I could not be happier as with everything! I was listened to and the team were more than willing to change anything to suit my needs. Very reassuring throughout.When it came time for the build - almost everything was seamless (there were a couple of sticking points we were able to work through) - I was kept up to date of progress and also I believe the build quality was structurally fantastic.Unfortunately when it came time for handover things were less than ideal and left me a little wary. I believe it was down to communication breakdowns within their own team and messages not being relayed between key personnel. There were a couple of things which were unfinished at handover and ultimately I elected to proceed with a guarantee they would be completed in the coming days.The latter was stressful and was an unfortunate end to what was previously a relatively positive experience.I would definitely recommend the design crew and initial consulting crew for their help - Nathan particularly was a champion. My advice would be just be prepared to be flexible with your own timelines and be patient with the customer service throughout the build and ask to speak to the management team if required - they were helpful when i ultimately approached them.Overall a great build and I have a beautiful home which I am very thankful for - just disappointed with a few hiccups towards the end (which were based solely on customer service and not on the build quality)

The best Builder to deal with fullstop! Do not build with anyone else!You will get the best personal experience at Rawdon hill! I built my home in kooweerup and Was so happy with them, I will never use anyone else again! You get treated like a person, not just a number and all of their staff are extremely friendly, from Jen in the office to Shane, the supervisor I had, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They alsoAllow you to change their floor plans and are so flexible (unlike many of their competitors) can not reccomend these guys high enough!

Rawdon hill build us the most beautiful home.The team in the office so helpful and lovely and we had the greatest Site manager of all time. Great communication and wonderful service. This was the 4th different builder we have used and easily the best for service and quality. Well done Rawdon Hill.

I am very upset with how Rawdon Hill treated and still are treating us. Our maintenance was due may28 and when that date came around they didn't make any contact to arrange an inspection, so i called and organised it, it took forever after that to get someone here, along came Travis he made no notes took no photo's and made excuses for poor workmanship especially the paintwork. The dishwasher has a dent in the door, Travis said he would order a new door from E&S Trading this was in June.....Yet to see it, our floorboards in back area are literally floating, paintwork is an absolute joke, definitely not done to Australian standards but yes you guessed it the painter said it is, i am 100% confident i can prove if i have to that it is not. Along came covid restrictions and that was Rawdon Hill legitimate excuse to re schedule our maintenance inspection a few times.Today is 9 Nov 2020 and the first day without those restrictions and i got up this morning because the appointment was for 9am, well guess what they didn't show up and that has led me to write this review, there is 4 people from Rawdon Hill that had this appointment excluding myself and i did not get a call to say there was nobody rocking up. There are plenty of other issues that i have not put in this, i just wanted this to be known for now. Good luck anybody that builds with this company you will need it.Shane

Rawdon Hill were excellent and the site supervisor did an excellent job. We really enjoyed the build experience. We have now been in the house for 10 years and we are extremely happy with the build. We recommend Rawdon Hill to plenty of people.My only disappointment was the sealed driveway. We had issues with this almost immediately, with the coating peeling. This was patched but continued to get worse. Unfortunately this is now a real eyesore and disappointment. When contacted some years ago we were told that it would not be covered by warranty. This is my only issue with Rawdon Hill and I hope they have changed from coating to coloured concrete.

My partner and I have been really happy with our experience so far. Thanks to Jane Wescombe who’s very knowledgeable and helped us design our house, and the rest of the team who have been answering our questions quickly, and making time to talk as soon as we ask and make any amendments.It’s made building our first home less stressful.
