Would give 100 stars if I could. Quote for car was super quick and easy person I spoke with gave a great quote and was extremely helpful. Karl an absolute total legend super friendly and kind, great to chat with, efficient and got the job done so quick and easily and our staffy loved the attention from Karl. I cannot thank Karl who collected my car today enough!!! What an absolute legend! We had a car that didn’t start and 2 flat tyres mixed with a steep driveway and narrow road but he managed to get our car out with ease and with the biggest smile. Customer service was outstanding - cannot thank him enough. On time, communication was spot on and the process was too easy, not sure why I put off organising its removal for so long. A1 - highly recommend.
