Only About Children Morningside
Pamie and the team at Puss in Boots are super friendly and great with the kids. The activities provided at this centre are second to none - you know from the moment you walk through the door that there is quality care, with a large outdoor play area and a variety of activities to keep everyone happy. I love this centre!

Only About Children Morningside
This glorified baby sitting centre that falsely say they are a daycare facility was built in the 1970's and that's where they have remained. My son started when he was 6 months old for 4 days a week. By the time he was 9 months I had reduced his days to 2 days a week and by the time he hit 12 months, I removed him from this revolting centre altogether. I will state the pro's and con's of this centre below for a child under the age of 2yr:Cons:1) Owners: Only care about the money. The school fees go straight into their pocket and not back into the centre hence why the place is so old and run down.2) The centre is dirty and is old.3) Has no wheelchair or disabled access4) It's two story with no lift - this means that if you have a child under 2 years, you have to walk up 2 flight of stairs5) You are required to bring your own food as the centre only provides a minimum of 2 pieces of fruit and a vegemite sandwich - for the whole day.6) They don't have the Xplor App so you receive no photos, no updates of what your child is doing throughout the day.7) They take photos of your child and print them out on A4 paper and pin them to the wall, so you can look at them.8) You receive every day a half filled out report card of what your child ate (which is always the food that you brought from home) how much they drank and how many times their nappy was changed. Waste of paper - I have 100 of these in my cupboard.9) They continually breach childcare legislation even when they have the public health act pointed out to them.10) Too many inexperienced, unqualified staff that need constant supervision.11) The teenage juniors that babysit your child cannot be trusted. I saw one of them throw a rusk in my son's face while he was in the swing and yelled 'Fine, don't eat it then, whatever' he was 11 months old at the time.12) Too many different staff looking after the babies that have no idea what they are doing.13) Did not inform parents when a toddler was sent home with a confirmed case of Foot and Mouth Disease14) Management have no idea what their staff are doing as all they do is stay in the office. They have no idea what the legislation is - they enforce rules that are against the law and don't follow protocol and when confronted - they either ignore you or blame the Education Department.Pro's1) They offer you a refund when you realise that this is one of the worst centres in Morningside and you need to get out fast.Management need to be fired and some staff need to retire with new, younger and more experienced staff employed that can keep up with industry trends and bring this centre into 2021 not time warped back in 1977.

Only About Children Morningside
PIB is simply a wonderful and wholesome daycare center. We moved my daughter here over 2 years ago from another childcare chain and never looked back. I only wish I had moved my son here before he went to school. The continuity of care is amazing with long term teachers and owner who are the heart of this place. The staff care so much about the children's well being and fostering the important things. The place isn't fancy but it's impeccably clean and has recently been painted with new flooring. While we don't get constant updates over the internet, I know that means they're dedicated to our children and not just simply spending their time posting photos online. The children are provided morning and afternoon tea and lunch which is usually sandwiches which my daughter loves.I recommend PIB to all my friends and wouldn't send my daughter any where else.

Having experience 3 other childcare centres, our daughter’s flourished at PIB. We couldn’t recommend any other child care more highly!
